I read some awful reviews so debated changing hotels. We had 2 nights here to prepare for Disney spent a day in Paris, I had myself a friend and a 1 year old. I messaged the property before hand and a cot was ready for us, our rooms were a decent size and when we got there we were happy how clean it was. It says 15 mins from the station but the walk felt shorter than that, car four on the way to stock up on snacks and supplies.

The location was brilliant the shopping centre and food places are like a 6/7 minutes walk if that depending on how fast or slow you walk
The train station is about a 10 minute walk depending on how fast or slow you walk so you can catch the train to Disneyland for like 3-5 euros just one train or catch the train and metro to the eiffel tower
Cheaper option would only recommend if you are barely in the hotel room ie to sleep and shower. The shower was nice and the bed was comfy

It seemed like a nice, quiet town. There were stores, pharmacies and restaurants in the area.
It was a great locations for pets, since it was very green and had lots of parks and forest-like areas.
It is located really close to both Disneyland (10 minutes by car) and Paris (30-40 minutes drive).

I never write review for any of the things but first time I am writing in booking.com to get know people how bad the hotel is. Room is so tiny, you cannot even have a space to walking in the room, bathroom was miserable it is also tiny when you are doing shower it will fill the washroom with water, drainage system is so bad. There is no drinking water, no coffee cattle, no extra things only room with washroom no chair nothing. Breakfast is French only very small verities, and you must pay for water bottle and hotel itself is very old, carpets are smelly very old.
It is beside the main highway and 24*7 there is continues sound room tracks and vehicles sound. I recommend you that do not book this hotel.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a lovely surprise. We have had breakfasts at other hotels in France, which have just been yogurt and pastries. The breakfast was Eggs, charcuterie, sausages, crepes, cereal, fruit, and pastry. It was very nice.
great personnel, very friendly. beds are comfortable, rooms are always clean. breakfast is good. localisation is perfect! close to city centre of Paris and to Disneyland. We really recommend this hotel :) it was good experience!
When you are in France, you just have to accept that in hotel there is French breakfast. :) If traveling by car this is good choice because of easy access and free parking. Hotel restaurant provides reasonable dinner option.
