The welcome was cheerful and friendly, the room was comfortable and the situation of the hotel was perfect-close to the old town and all of its attractions, and with parking accommodation next door.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were unobtrusive. II was given a map and instructions on how to check out and then I could come and go as I pleased which was perfect. I got my own shower and had a decent view of Annecy. It's close to the castle and the town centre. If you don't opt for their offer of breakfast there are plenty of alternatives close by. As a solo visitor to Annecy taking in the location and facilities against the price, I believe I got great value for money.

The room was comfortable, staff very friendly and accommodating. The view for the room was fantastic as we saw the mountains. Breakfast was good and the unmonitored coffee/tea and water throughout the day was a bonus.
