Very highly recommended. It is so comfortable with a very clever interior design and beautifully decorated. I found everything I needed and very much appreciated the cold beer in the fridge after a long journey from UK! Very well placed and a few minutes walk to the centre of town. I was in Dourdan to visit a close relative in hospital there, also a short walk away . I will not hesitate to rebook.

I could see the Château de Dourdan and a part of old town though the balcony. The room was a sense of coziness and charming. And there was a fruit shop on the ground floor of the house and a bakery next to it, so it was very convenient. Moreover, I am grateful for the kindness of the hostess.

Everything was impecably clean and the three gentlemen who helped me check-in, eat a fantastic steak dinner, set up a little breakfast buffet (only for me 🤭) and gave me reccommendations on good walking paths were very kind.

It was unique, spacious, and there was a wonderful breakfast.
A lovely historic town. We had dinner at the Pizza Restaurant next to the Castle which was really lovely and very popular. It was nothing fancy just pizzas, pasta and reasonably prized wine. There are a few patisserie shops with amazing cakes we’ll worth giving them a try. There was a market on the morning that we left (Saturday) with an abundance of local produce, beautifully arranged and very appealing. All extremely fresh and well worth buying.

It was perfect for our overnight stay. It is a charming place, lovely old castle to walk around, great Saturday market, dinner on the hotel's terrace was delicious, breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient.

As we arrived late and left early i couldn't really comment on Dourdan centre. There was a market being set up the morning we left and the castle at the top looked like it would've been worth a visit. Overall i think Dourdan is a busy little place and maybe go back one day for a more in depth look around. The hotel was in a lovely setting with good friendly staff and good food to seal the deal.

There were people drinking cans in the street and drugs being sold in the main square. We actually picked a restaurant closest to our hotel for fear of a walk through the town in the dark.
This is a shame as the castle and market square are lovely to look at and the town looks lovely.

Was a bed to crash on, returning from working abroad for past weeks.
Arriving late, parking was full due to the local market next morning .
Reception recommended close-by off premise parking.
Was greeted next morning by the superb views of the cathedral next door architecture and the old town.
Very nice, perfectly quiet little stone gardenhouse with perfect bed/facilities in a most beautiful garden on the back side of a townhouse in a quiet street. Parking in front of the door!
Small but lively town Dourdan with chateau and small center. The hosts are really kind, helpfull and the garden is yours to walk, sit in, lie down with a book. Good breakfast. Good Indian restaurant around the corner (also for vegetarians). For me a perfect 1 night stay on my way to the South of France, just below Paris.
The receptionist was brilliant. We were only staying 1 night and I wouldn't want to stay any longer as there are no other facilities at the hotel apart from the restaurant. The room was clean but needs decorating. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good but the breakfast was limited. The waiter in the restaurant was a bit curt as my French wasn't perfect. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Helped me through my experience of breaking down at the toll booth. Amazing friendly staff went out of their way to help a guest. Brilliant. Even talked to the tow truck company and the garage and gave he a lift to the garage. Best hotel experience in France.
Comfortable good sized room with queen sized bed and over bath shower. Absolutely fantastic location (right in the centre of the old town). Restaurant well appointed, food of high quality and prices reasonable. Staff very friendly and attentive - not always the case in France and nothing was too much trouble.
