The place is simply amazing. Situated in the Loire valley a Manor from XV century restored with love and kept with amazing care. The owners are lovely, caring, helpful and extremely nice. The room was amazingly big, retaining original features and displaying an attention to details beyond compare.

Sleeping in Chateau de Brissac was a dream come true. The room was amazing, and having the castle for ourselves was an unbelievable experience. I wish we could have stayed more! Advice: save some time to walk around all the gardens!

We loved our stay, from our final pedals which were rewarded with some delicious ice cream to the lovely and warm hospitality at a beautiful and charming chateau. We slept well in a very comfy bed with beautiful views of the river in the morning. The cats were also welcoming and Isabel’s homemade apricot jam at breakfast was delicious. The breakfast was excellent in a familial/personal dining room. The hostess was very genial and helpful about telling us the local places to visit. Wifi worked well. In the lobby area, there is a glass floor under which you can see the rushing stream - proof that this was an old water-driven mill!?
