Hotel national was easy to find with parking right on the doorstep. The staff were so warmly welcoming and encouraged us to explore Cluses, giving us a map and identifying different bars and restaurants we might enjoy. Their English was perfect. The rooms were on the smaller side, but absolutely fine for our purposes, a stop en route to Italy. The beds were very comfortable, controllable heating, windows and shutters you could open etc so you could set your desired temperature. Shower was also great. The views were lovely, and Cluses itself had enough good bars and restaurants to meet our needs. Breakfast was typical continental with pastries, meats, cheeses, and good coffee.

I can't even rate this place. The owners were not there to welcome me. The route at night can only be done with your cell phone's flashlight, in the last 300 meters there is no light. I ended up having to go back to the city and had to book a hotel. I travel a lot, I know more than 50 countries and this has never happened to me. I hope no one else books this place that doesn't exist.

Have two bedrooms , nice bathroom, separate toilet from bathroom which I hate at hotel rooms, nice 2 balcony, lovely decor.

The apartment is very cosy and big; location is good, directly to the center of Cluses. The environment is very quiet, so you can sleep well. Parking in the neighborhood is no problem. Equipment in the kitchen is clean.
The property is clean and comfortable. It’s wifi is very stable. The location is good. Convenient store and train station are in 5 min walk. I will definitely stay here again if I travel to Cluses.
Easy quick check in, the hotel was very accommodating and did not make a big deal about us checking in slightly early. The breakfast was pleasant. I would stay again.
