A very interesting place, a new experience with Ecology. I'm actually wondering whether a biological sewage treatment plant in the garden would be better, where everything could be used and it would be much simpler. But these are just my thoughts :). Pete and Iain were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even offering a choice of delicious dishes for our evening meal with accompanying wine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with everything we could possibly need!

A quaint and quiet small town in Poitou Charente. Friendly people, and just the right number of shops to get everything you need, without the feel of a large town or city. Fantastic restaurant in town, and a couple of smaller cafes, pharmacy, epicerie and boulangerie, with lots of supermarkets and shops in Savigne just 3 kms away. Great base for exploring SW France.
