Comfortable and clean and spacious room. Appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room as the hotel is on top of a hill and it rained a lot during our stay so we brought food for the evening back to the room. Friendly staff and good views. A lovely town to be in dry weather , and a lovely hotel to stay in at any time. Excellent breakfast included with plenty of choice.

Canari is a charming rural village set up in the hills, not far from Nonza. Getting there can be a bit of a challenge on the minor roads, but thankfully, they were very quiet. There is a restaurant and bar, a lovely old church, the monastery buildings and a nice village square with a large clock tower.
The place and the view from it is just amazing. Room was simple but comfortable, sadly without conditioning, but is it a historic buidling, former monastery, so understandable. Restaurant in nearby hotel is very recommendable - we had an excellent dinner here.
