This was a perfect stop for one night for our family… Thank you ! It made a lovely change for us to all stay together and my girls loved it… We had to connect with the Roscoff Ferry at 9am which meant the 5 hour + drive was going to be a challenge for me. Last year we ended up in 2 rooms in a hotel which was more expensive and not nearly as comfortable so this proved a huge upgrade. Thank you - we will be returning !

Juliet, the host is a wholesome person: fond, enthusiastic and super helpful. She really makes you feel a part of the house. Our room, bathroom and blankets were clean, with some very much appreciated tricks (as the hand sanitizer, a plastic cover for some surfaces). The ambient is not only clean, but also very functional.

A beautiful old school building. The accommodation is in the dormitory on the second floor. Wonderfully simple conversion using lots of the original features and wooden brocante finds, as well as original school furniture.
Madame Lilianne was a lovely hostess who can also speak good English if you need her to.

The location and property very much met our needs and were above our expectations. Local amenities provided the items which we required, and the location of these amenities was easily accessible. Eating out was easy to do with multiple locations both local and within nearby towns, making trips out straight forward to organise. Callac is an simple enough place to navigate with good access to surrounding areas of interest.
Next time we visit we may travel to a port closer to the location such as Saint-Marlo, rather than Calais as the drive within France would be less, so providing more time at the property
