Our tunnel crossing was delayed with the consequence that we didn't arrive at the hotel until about 10 p.m. having been unable to locate the hotel in the dark.
The staff were very helpful in directing us to the hotel and very helpful in checking us in and getting us and 2 dogs settled.
Understandably the kitchen had closed but breakfast in the morning more than made up for that.

The property isn’t run as an hotel. The hotel was closed on arrival and we had to phone someone to come down and unlock the property. We were the only people staying at the hotel. We had to find somewhere to eat having been told by Booking.com the restaurant would be open during our stay but it wasn’t. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The place was comfortable but there was no hairdryer.

Food was reasonably priced but the menu was very limited and not always to our taste.
As I have mobility isuues and they could not offer a ground floor room it was dissappointing as I have great difficulty with stairs.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The room was very clean and large wit a seperate WC to the shower room.
Brezolles was a very petty town with lots of shops and they have a market once a week.
