Excellent breakfast. Very nice kitchen plus dining area with crockery and cutlery, available to guests to prepare own hot or cold light meals to eat in, and a lounge area. As motorcyclists who like to do a bit of touring, this guest house is always our favourite starting point in Europe. Delphine has started to do evening meals which are tasty and very good value. It's located a short ride to the south of Dunkirk and 40 minutes from the Channel Tunnel. Its an ideal place to use as a quick stop over or to use as a base for exploring northern France. Always very clean and tidy, with room in an old barn to park a few bikes.

The village has two bars one of which has just re-opened after a stylish refurbishment and now does frites. The village also has a very good bakery open from 06:30 (buy a take away filled baguette to eat on the shuttle).

This was a really authentic stay with a local family.
This was a really authentic stay with a local family. They have several rooms, but we were made to feel special and their welcome could not have been warmer. We asked about a place to eat and the hostess recommended a place, and then she phoned for us and made a reservation. The evening became an experience in itself, with the most friendly of restauranteurs, who chatted to us between courses, which she cooked to order! We even ended up swapping recipes at the end of the evening!!
Lovely hotel either for an overnight or stay to explore the area. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. My dogs were made welcome and we had an ideal room with easy outside access. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious and particular effort was put in to provide me with gluten free options ( by far the best I have visited in France) Only 35 minutes from the Eurotunnel. Would definitely recommend this hotel
Attractive, well run hotel with an excellent restaurant, and plenty of parking, located in an attractive village fairly close to Calais and Dunkerque. Bollezeele has facilities including an Aldi grocery store and a petrol station. Dog friendly, with easy access to walks down quiet country side roads. I have stayed here a number of times, and it is my preferred stopover after an afternoon ferry from Dover.
Our stay was faultless. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is absolutely spotless. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere so clean and well maintained. Jack made our stay. He’s without doubt the most entertaining, knowledgeable and on the ball member of staff we’ve ever met. What a credit to a great hotel.
Absolutely perfect location with plenty to see, something that I never have the privilege of in the UK. If I had the opportunity to stay another night then I sure would have loved too. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and overall absolutely fantastic value for money! Would 100% stay again when travelling to France for business. 🙂
If you need to stay in the Dunkerque area this hotel is exceptional value for money. The staff could not be more helpful, the food was superb, the hotel beautiful. I actually drove past it as I thought it couldn't be my place, looked too fancy!
Have returned to this hotel many times. Staff are very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Dinner was excellent, & breakfast typically continental but plentiful. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.
Excellent restaurant with a varied menu and good prices. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. Far enough away from the channel crossings to avoid the melee but close enough to be useful.
Second visit to this lovely hotel, everything spot on. Good staff, spacious room, spotlessly clean, quality inexpensive food plus pet friendly. Good parking.
