The room was very lovely, lots of perks in there that we unfortunately didnt get chance to use all of them, as we stayed one night. The shower was exceptional however we all enjoyed using it, one at a time. The breakfast had a lot of choice, lots of lovely food to help yourself too.
Staff very friendly. Language barrier was no problem.

The location was brilliant - right in the old town. The staff were also brilliant - really helpful getting us into the pedstrianised area so we could access their parking (via a car lift - a new experience for us!) Room also really great and wifi was fast. Everywhere clean - and lots of interesting literary stuff around the hotel to see and read. Rouen is a lovely city.

The room was small, clean in a great location and had the smallest workable bathroom I've seen. The real positives are the price, the comfort of the bed and the location.
Great location. Welcoming staff who took yhe trouble to arrange a ground floor room for me and my dog. Hotel was not providing food that evening but gave me excellent directions to a retail/ restaurant area a km away.
Room was clean, smart and well equipped with plenty of power points. Bathroom - small but perfectly adequate.
Very comfortable bed with 4 wonderful pillows.

For a 3star hotel, the bathroom was disappointing, no kettles no hairdryer and the hot drinks machine in the corridor was unavailable.. however the bed was very comfortable and the restaurant was good.
