This is a very big apartment in the very centre of attractive Bessines sur Gartemps. There's a clear effort to please, it's nicely furnished with some high spec stuff, and it all feels very new. The bar is across the square and on Wednesday (I'm not promising every week!) there was a pizza wagon in the square as well. Street parking was no problem.

.I have had my Harrods travel kettle for 40 years, it's always in the suitcase with tea bags and long life milk, cups, spoon, and adapter, sorted!

Arrived at 9 pm. Very courteous proprietor. Told where to go for car park at back of hotel. The room had 3 large separate beds as we are 3 widows and a little balcony with table and chairs. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent stop off on the way to Spain.

Fabulous, quirky hotel with great food and friendly hosts. Very family friendly with lots of activities. We had a great night, eating, chatting and playing in the games room.
