Good location. Secure parking for our motorcycle. Very helpful friendly staff. Evening meal was good but not much choice.

We loved the silence and tranquility of the place. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful views. Ideal place to unwind. We wanted to get away from the crowds in Nice and we certainly managed to do that in Peille and at La Vela. We took a taxi from Nice but on our way back we had to take a bus. Peille isn’t serviced by taxis and the railway station is far. Either drive or else bus it to Peille and back.
Set in Lucéram, 24 km from Cimiez Monastery and 26 km from Nice-Ville Train Station, La Ferme des Cailletiers chez Marco offers a garden and air conditioning.

After a long-ish drive up a mountain, you arrive in this charming mountain village, very pleasant to stroll around, very photogenic. The farm itself is at the very beginning of the village, and the words 'rustic' and 'remote' came to mind. The house is simple, comfortable, pleasant to stay in, to cook in. It was very hot when we were there, and if one is staying for more than a night, and the weather is as it was when we were there, I'm not sure what one would do... unless heat doesn't bother you. I can imagine going there in the spring or autumn and hiking in the area.
A good location for a relaxing stay in Saint-Andre-de-la-Roche, Chambres chez l'habitant Villa l'Île aux Anges is a homestay surrounded by views of the mountain.

Location was beautiful and peaceful with wonderful views across the valley. Florence and Claude were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home. They were always available whenever we needed anything but left us alone to enjoy the stay in our own way.
The breakfasts from Claude were absolutely amazing with everything freshly cooked and baked. Claude was a perfect host.
Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back in the future. Would recommend to everyone.
