The room was very comfortable and the staff were unobtrusive. II was given a map and instructions on how to check out and then I could come and go as I pleased which was perfect. I got my own shower and had a decent view of Annecy. It's close to the castle and the town centre. If you don't opt for their offer of breakfast there are plenty of alternatives close by. As a solo visitor to Annecy taking in the location and facilities against the price, I believe I got great value for money.
ibis Styles Annecy Centre Gare is a 5-minute walk from Annecy Train Station and a 15-minute riverside walk from the old city and Lake Annecy.

The room was comfortable, staff very friendly and accommodating. The view for the room was fantastic as we saw the mountains. Breakfast was good and the unmonitored coffee/tea and water throughout the day was a bonus.

Stay elsewhere if you are intending to visit Annecy or other attractions in the area. It's a business park area. Good location for the trucker, salesperson or any person in business. But not ideal for the happy traveller.
Big parking, supermarket in front , restaurant near with car, but is possible to eat in hotel . Breakfast sweet , but also with bacon, eggs, wurstel. there isn't lift, but it isn't a big problem , there are rooms also at ground floor . No moquet in the room, bathroom and bed very clean. Sleep very well . Any noisy from out hotel . If I'll pass here, I'll come back . Near at Annecy with car in ten minutes , Beatifull and lovely place.
It's a standard B&B Hotel, but the staff on site fulfills their job with passion and hospitality, which lifts this B&B above other hotels in the chain. The location Is quiet and there is some dinner options (pre-prepared REAL food for the microwave) that actually tastes quite nice.
Good for a 1-2 day visit in Annecy. Not far from the old town and the lake; free parking in front of the hotel is also a plus. Room was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. Very good value for money.
