A real place, with ordinary friendly people. Everyione saying good morning. Lovely bakery. Diverse. nice atmosphere. Kids kicking the ball about on the street . Very polite with nebourhood restaurants, not touristy. Close to good supermarkets, and pretty streets, and fancier cafes the other side of metro. Great area for an evening or morning run by the seine a minute away. Takes about an hour to get into the main attractions. The Zoo is and the big park is about a 30 minute walk away. I stayed on the the area for 6 days .

Alfortville is a suburban town in Paris. There are no touristic attractions, but it is conveniently placed for getting into central Paris and the place feels safe and is good value for money for shopping for provisions and for accommodation.
It was a clean and bright apartment near a train station, and the neighborhood seemed nice and quiet. The bathroom was small but very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. It's really conveniently located near the Alfortville train station.
