Peaceful location. We were met with a warm friendly welcome by François. He recommended two places for us to eat and was most helpful.
Breakfast was delicious and Carole and Francois were most attentive.
Our rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed.

Good location, breakfast was not spectacular but definitely OK and very reasonable price. We stayed early Jan and rural towns like Confolens are not very lively at this period: that's why we like it.

Everything! Ideally located in the centre of Confolens, right next to the free car park. Lovely period house with interesting features, very friendly and helpful hostess, who couldn’t have done more.
