It's been a while since I've given a place the highest rating, but this one deserves it. When we drove up the forested mountain in our car, we did not expect that after a few winding kilometres, we would reach a paradise. Of course, we immediately noticed the beautiful mountain panorama, which looked even nicer in the rays of the setting sun. The greatest thing, however, is the accommodation itself: a historic, renovated building in which every element has been refined to the last detail with a unique sense of aesthetics. A beautiful living room with sofas and a bar, well-preserved rafters, an antique piano, lots of rustic decorations, and matching materials and colours. It felt like another world there. Let's add a very nice receptionist, delicious food in the hotel restaurant, very friendly cats and five cheerful Saint Bernard dogs - and we have a recipe for success. We will be happy to return there.
Featuring green gardens and furnished terraces with a barbecue, this pretty country house is set in Sant Feliu de Pallerols. Guests can rent rooms or the whole house.

When I arrived the host Felix handed me the keys to my room and took a picture of my passport and that was it! He left me alone to do whatever I like and checked up on me near the end of the stay to see if everything was OK. The garden was large and very tranquil to just sit and chill!

Fantastic food, locally sourced, beautifully cooked by Roy and graciously served by Goretti. A wonderful place to stay and spend a few days hiking or cycling knowing that there was a comfy room and a delicious meal to return to. A real treat!

This is a really cute beautiful old home.
This is a really cute beautiful old home. It worked perfectly for my partner and I because we were able to use the kitchen to make our own food. We had some car troubles and our check in time was delayed and Felix was really flexible and accommodated us. This was a good spot to go hiking and visit other towns in the area.

The property was beautifully restored in a simple but quality manner, totally in character with its environment. The place oozes with charm and informality, totally reflected by its owners who are always available with a smile and make time to talk and offer advice of where to go.
Why would you get in a car to search for an evening meal when a beautifully presented and cooked meal is offered on site? Breakfast was also simple local foods, with lots of home made goodies. A wonderful stay with lovely hosts!
Evening meal menu on board for following night looked equally tempting. Could have easily stayed longer!
This is not a place for fussy eaters as there is no choice of menu. Not a problem for us. Am sure that prior notice of any allergies would have been considered. Don't expect a restaurant choice - but you are guaranteed great cooking!
Informal and very pleasurable. with exceptional hosts. Would definitely return.

Lovely small hotel. The building has been converted very sympathetically to retain the existing character and features. Simple clean and comfortable rooms. The food at both breakfast and dinner was great. The owners, Roy and Goretti are very friendly and helpful.
Situated in a very scenic area with great cycling routes all around I would certainly like to return in future.
Hotel is placed in very privileged position - you need to drive a couple of kilometers inside the forrest to reach it. The views are amazing with almost no sight of civilization outside the window. It is amazing place, relatively close to the hiking trails. We have been there in "covid era" so it was empty - which was kind of cool but a bit spooky on the same time.
The tone was set for this holiday with a beautiful drive up to the hotel where we saw cows, badgers and wild boars. The staff was great and the rooms were nice and clean. Beautiful grounds with a great restaurant. A very tranquil escape in a hotel that is a clearly a labour of love. The hotel is also well positioned to visit lots of the beautiful sites nearby.
it is magnificent place full of calm and silence. the owner Havier is a nice guy and this hotel is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Haviers parents built this hotel for guests all over the world!
I saw a foks there in the morning:)
Very friendly staff always ready to help. Amazing view on the mountains around, nature, fresh air. The hotel is built right near a church, and the hotel is actually a place where monks used to live.
