Good breakfast with a wide range of food and drink. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is excellent, near the beach and shops. We could also rent beach towels, which was very useful. Despite a few minor shortcomings, we were delighted with the hotel and never once regretted our choice. The staff, food, location, and view—everything was excellent. I look forward to returning to the tent hotel again.

I'd rate this hotel a solid 99%! Both the rooms and public areas are incredibly clean and inviting—truly spectacular! As for the location, it’s unbeatable. Stunning sea views and a variety of shops are just steps away. The staff is fantastic (with one small exception).
One of the highlights was having half-board, meaning we enjoyed dinner at the hotel each night, and the food was different every evening. It was a pleasure to experience a unique menu each day, so there was never a chance of repeating a meal. The restaurant team was absolutely wonderful; every single person went above and beyond! Thank you again for an amazing experience. 🥰

Palma Nova is a fabulous place to stay for everyone it suits family's couples and younger people as the nightlife of Magaluf is a short walk away.
The beaches, restaurants and bars are every price range and every style of taste there is something for everyone.
It is a completely flat promenade along the beach front so for children, disabled like myself there are no worries about getting around.
The local people are friendly and helpful, there's lots to do and it's so clean 👌

Absolutely stunning.
Absolutely stunning. The bay is beautiful with a lovely golden sand beach, dotted with beach bars.
It’s a great place for watching the super yatchs and cruisers coming for a day in the bay! The promenade has a great mix of high end eateries mixed with local cafes and everyday level restaurants. There are cocktail bars, sheesha bars and little shops selling everything from bucket and spades to clothes to handbags. There are also a couple of supermarkets dotted along.
There is something for everyone - couples, friends and families.
It is 25 minutes drive from Palma airport and 10 minute drive into Palma city - which is a must visit.

The location is beautiful, food options are plentiful. i’ve been here about 5 times now and can’t stop coming back. A beautiful gem of a town.
We ate at My Thai and it was incredible, La Cantina as well was amazing. Rogers bar for drinks!! I love it there and go every year i visit. Such a hidden gem.

Palma Nova is a place best enjoyed for its beautiful, clean beach and the variety of activities like boat trips and jet skiing. However, beyond that, there's not much to see. The area is lined with countless junk'n'stuff shops and restaurants, but there's little else to explore. Also, be prepared for the intense heat. Palma Nova is great for a beach day, but it may not offer much more.

The hotel met our expectations. Fairly modern. Excellent food, excellent service. The staff is always ready to help and very kind. The hotel is located far from noisy streets, but Magaluf beach (I highly recommend it) is a 10-minute walk. Palmanova beach 3 minutes. The hotel is located on a mountain, so climbing you throw off extra pounds, I think this is a plus. A little hack: Magaluf beach is almost empty from morning to afternoon. all young people sleep off after parties. Thank you for a good holiday.
The location was great for Magaluf, but the hotel is far closer to Magaluf than Palma Nova. Service from staff was quite slow and we often felt we were putting them out to ask for a towel or when ordering something from the bar. However, they were polite and the rooms and facilities were fantastic.
Location of the hotel next to the sea. Magaluf strip is only 5-10 min walk. Being vegetarian we were finding hard to find food in their buffet but once staff knew about it they were very helpful and chef went extra mile to cook vegetarian food for us. Special thanks to Chef Abel and Serigeta.
The brunch is basically breakfast foods served up until 1pm, which is handy but i think lunch goods should be served around midday instead of english breakfast/continental stuff. Room and facilites very clean and the location is excellent. 5 minute walk to Palmanova and 15/20 to magaluf.
