The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

Location, modern and new furnishings, big balcony, comfy beds, TV with multilingual channels, friendly staff. Very pleasant stay. There is also a swimming pool however I haven't used it so can't comment. The room is spacious and very bright.

Also, the infra structure of a new hotel, and their 4 restaurants with quality meals. Even the pool restaurant for example, I tasted a delicious Cesar salad (better than the one I had in a Four Seasons Hotel) and breakfast buffet with fresh smooth juices, etc… The place is perfect for a family holiday trip. The room has a spacious4 doors wardrobe, a high cabinet and plus a storage cabinet under the luggage rack. comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the sea view balcony. Apartment was as pictured, clean, and functional. We were allowed to check in early which was very nice. We broke two glasses by accident and the hosts were very nice about it and didn't accept that we pay for it. We were worried because of some reviews we read, but honestly everything was great and we were greeted very warmly and any time we needed help, the reception staff were so helpful and nice. We definitely recommend this, and if we come back, we will stay at the same place. By the way location is great. You are close to the family friendly Palmanova, but also close to Magaluf if you want to have the night life. Also there is a bus to Palma close to apartment.
