We were late in the season, so low sun stopped the sun hitting the pool area so it got a bit chilly. Rooms clean and restaurant nice. Food good but often a que to get in. Staff were amazing so friendly and helpful at all times and drink good and not overly expensive

Santa Ponsa is a beautiful area with a fantastic beach. The best thing we did was take a trip on the catamaran . Buses frequently to Port Andraxt which is a nice day out . Favourite place to eat was Xaloc expensive but well worth it if you want a special dining experience . What spoils Santa Ponsa is the hordes of partying groups and bad behavior from a minority of these . It is such a shame that they have allowed the above to happen, we won't be going back again .Can't recommend it for any of below

Santa Ponsa is very clean people are friendly and there is plenty to do perfect base to see the island or if you want to just relax on the beach you can. We have been going to Santa Ponsa for 12 years now and we are never short of things to do. It’s great for families couples and solo travellers there is something for everyone.
We travelled this year in March when the season hadn’t quite started just to see it quiet and we were not disappointed

For excellent value on food and drink my two favourite places are Tony’s Cafe within steps of the bus stops in the centre of town and Churchill’s bar run by the lovely Kandy.

We prefer a more Spanish vibe.
We didn't find a single tapas bar however we did find restaurants that did serve tapas.
The busses to palma and other towns were really good and nice to get out and explore more ethentic Spanish parts of the island.

Our favorite things to do in Santa Ponsa were to rent sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, take a city bus to Palma and explore the sights. We loved also the boat excursion from Santa Ponsa to a nearby island and swimming coves in the island with lunch and drinks for only 30 euros each, We will definitely be coming back soon to stay again in beautiful Santa Ponsa
we have just returned from 5 nights at Santa Ponsa Pins, we had the best stay!! the man and lady on reception were amazing, they couldnt have done more [sorry didnt catch their names]. The gym was fab as well as the pool and rooms cleaned to an exceptional standard every day with fresh towels. Breakfast was fab everyday, such a good selection and choice and always plentifull. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we cant wait to return
Facilities were good, lot's of sun loungers by the pool, never any issue finding space.
Evening entertainment was great for kids.
I found the room/beds very comfortable.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful, Pablo on the front desk was lovely, as was the main cleaning lady and bar tenders.
Bus A11 from airport to Santa ponsa very easy and affordable.
We did not go all inclusive so couldn't comment on the food.
The apartment was big, with a nice view, and the location was good - except for the fact that to get there you have to climb 300+ stairs. A nice workout for some, but quite inconvenient if you have a stroller or any sort of mobility device. The hotel does offer free shuttle buses to the beach in the morning and afternoon though.

Staff was lovely, the room was clean, the breakfast was almost the same everyday but it was good enough that we didn't get bored of it during our 5 day stay. You can get beach towels for 5 euros and you can exchange them for new ones whenever you want. You get the 5 euros back when you check out. The location was amazing. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
Delicious food - every day served with new dishes, excellent service and wonderful location - in the center of Santa Ponsa, 5 minutes from the beach. The Hotel located on a quite street, 3 swimming pools, two of them - on the roofs. My best recommendation and we will returne here again.
The hotel was located 5min walk from the beach. The pool & all-inclusive food&drinks were of good quality. The highlight for our kids was the everyday's "mini-disco" & the evening show. Overall, the resort is very well fitted for families with young kids which we appreciated.
Location, even if like 7-15min walk you could be anywhere in Santa Ponsa.

the staff were the highlight of our stay at the hotel, they were all so kind and welcoming and did above and beyond to make you feel at home, the pool was great, not busy at all and we were able to relax, the rooms were cleaned every day which was a lovely addition

The cafes and restaurants near the property are very nice. The best beaches were at Magulf area, which were not far from the property at all (15 minutes drive).

Our sixth time in Santa Ponsa, first time staying at this hotel. It’s a nice looking hotel, location was good, staff were nice. the balcony was nice. It was an enjoyable week, just a few things weren’t great.
