The staff were excellent. My partner lost his phone and they kept it in the lost and found until we were able to collect it. The hotel is in a great location and the view from the pool on the 23rd floor was stunning.

Room a bit too small for the price , room service was fine , the only thing that I was not happy was the luck of room service for breakfast. Stayed in diferent hotels in Oder parts like Boston for same prices and we had room service . Staff amazing , like to say thank you so much to all for being so kind and so professional. I could see me being friends with all of them. One thing please please think about the facilities for weelchairs,really important. We are in 2024 think about it.PS breakfast, when you serve English breakfast tea should have cold milk next to it . Hope you can take my advice. I did mention that with the staff. Best wishes C.
