Great communication with the hostess from the start, during and after our stay. On arrival a truly heartfelt welcome by the hostess who very kindly offered us something to drink and eat for free which was very much appreciated after being on the road for most of the day. Room (1st floor) was on the smaller side but fine for 2 plus luggage for a few days. Room was clean and towels etc. were being provided. Breakfast (with several choices) was offered for free although it was not included in the price. Bottled water available for free anytime. Location is not the greatest neighbourhood ever but close to the metro and therefore the city center easily reachable. On our day of departure we had to leave rather early so hostess kindly offered to prepare a breakfast tray for us to do our own breakfast in order to not skip breakfast that day - this was more than going the extra mile and very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
Featuring city views, BADAROSA House10min to BARCELONA City&NearTo BEACH features accommodation with a patio, around 1.9 km from Playa de l’Estació.

I liked the neighborhood very much, it’s really easy to either go into the city or stay and enjoy the beach as well as going out for dinner.
I loved how well organized is the accommodation and the great details about the baby’s things

This my second stay at this hotel and I recommended to my friend who happened to get the room next door! The hotel is very near to the beach (we could see it from the window) near to the train station and a short walk from then nearest metro. The street it is on is well placed for places to eat (the vegan cafe Ingrediente Secreto is literally across the street and is the BEST) - plenty of cafes/ bakeries/ fruit shops. It’s a great location if you love to watch the sunrise from the beach or have an early swim. There are lots of opticians and shoe shops and a choice of clothes shops like H&M and useful home wares shop- they sell everything from cushions to insoles for shoes to umbrellas and face jewels; Great on a rainy day!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent. The rooftop bar with pool was gorgeous. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the grocery store was next door. Coffee in the room would have been nice, but once the breakfast was served there were plenty of options. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Just outside barcelona it had good links to get into the city. If you want to see sights then best way is travel on Metro and buses but be prepared for a lot of walking. The travel cards are really good value for money we stayed 6days but bought the ones for a month they were about $20 each and allowed access to metro bus and tram. We were excited about the beach but they were really busy on the weekend
Also its the norm for women to be topless we didn't appreciate this especially as we were travelling with children. Did find a quieter area away from the main beaches platja de litoral.
Food we needed Halal options - a lot of options were fast food like doners and pizza. They weren't really nice settings more like local native settings but food was good quality.
Generally people were friendly and just going about there day. It wasn't chilled relaxing holiday you are in full tourist mode and on the move.
We stayed in a apartment which was good with all the facilities to was and dry clothes etc with kids. However next time I will book something which includes breakfast and housekeeping. In summer you definitely want accommodation with Air Con. If you want to book excursions or activities they all add up. We visited Tibidabo a theme park it was €35 each. Most other parks like Guell were about the same. It can get expensive. With that in mind maybe next time i would book something all exclusive.

we mostly travelled into Barcelona using train which was 20 mins walk away from Apartment.
We only spent one day in Badalona and discovered that the museum shuts for the afternoon and couldnt find out how to visit the Anais Factory.
Beach was fabulous and pretty quiet in April.
Mercadona Supermarket directly below apartment made food shopping very easy.

Sea side community, lots of industrial buisness and great board walk, train service into the city. Quiet at night and lots of people during the day, we could have stayed a few more days there was much to see in the city
Amazing stay ! The house is a bit outside the center but very well connected with the metro you arrive in a few minutes. Our room was comfy and clean and the house had all the necessities you would need. Breakfast was served everyday and there was a variety of options you could choose from. Special thanks to Nitia and the owner especially who welcomed us very warmly and was available throughout our whole stay, such an exceptional kind lady, we will be back hopefully to Barcelona again here !
* relatively freshly renovated room, good design (visually)
* lots of light, quite good quality
* friendly and helpful staff
* well equipped kitchen with the powerful stove
* good location (but see cons)
We had issues with the air conditioner (see cons), but staff was able to quickly find the solution for us. eventually we moved to a different hotel, and the rest of our stay was refunded.
The location was very nice - right on the beach. The town of Badalona is more quiet and peaceful than Barcelona but it is still relatively easy to get to the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cute, modern, and the beach view was luxurious. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, though is was small and shallow. The hotel was very nice for the inexpensive price.
It has been a great discovery this hostel! I travel a lot for work and come to Barcelona very often, and I can say it is one of the best places I have stayed. I can rest and sleep peacefully, there's daily cleaning and towel replacement, and the breakfast is good and varied. Everything has been comfortable and at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend it!!!
Jorge was friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with.
The room has the AC, equipment for cooking, fridge and a coffee machine.
The place was clean and feels safe.
Location is good, with Metro to Barcelona 3 minutes walking, and a big supermarket just next to the accommodation.
On the Beachside. Several Beachside restaurants. Grocery store 5 minute walk. Bardalona center and shops about a 20 minute walk. Bus stops at end of parking lot. Metro about a 15 minute walk. But next time I will look into staying in Gothic Quarter. Alot more tourist friendly hotels.
the staff was so kind and friendly. they served breakfast, it was so so nice and delicious.
I thought the price was cheaper than other accommodations, but the room was very clean.
If I have a chance to go to Barcelona, I would stay this accommodation again
Location is perfect. 30-40 min by metro to Barcelona center. Perfect beach in 10 minutes with Mercadona store. 1 minute to market with fresh sea food, fruits and others.
Fresh renovation. All necessary tools for cooking. Good WiFi. Good bed mattress.
Friendly and available staff. Location is perfect for a trip, Badalona is nice with a lot of places to visit, seaside is just few steps away, as also train station from where is possible to visit Barcelona easily with a 20 minutes ride.
It’s a fine hotel but this was the third in a row we changed through Barcellona (on purpose to stay on different areas). Everything it’s more or less ok, you won’t say WOW but neither get disappointed.
Everything was great. Beach is literally like 5 minutes from this place. The air conditioning work like heaven. And Barcelona is 15 minutes by R1 train. So cerz great location.
Quiet and calm air-conditioned hotel. Nothing fancy, but enough for the night stay. Just 20 min train ride from Barcelona center. Lots of cool bars, restaurants around.
