The house is beautiful and very cleaned. Has a nice terrace for a chill night outside and 10 minutes by walk away from the beach.
The location is really good for a chill holiday at the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops, but also 3 minutes away from the subway station. That makes it easy to reach places like the Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlò, Park Guàll.
We are a group of young girls and we were able to easily reach the Barceloneta (main discos and bar street) and get back safely with taxis and subways.

The location was great. The pool has an automatic cleaning system, so the water is free of leaves and bugs. The elevator was handy for carrying heavy baggage. Carlos, the host, was accommodating, friendly, and flexible. We had a great time here.
Great facilities in the apartment, very clean, a wonderful view, quiet and a good location with great cafes, shops and transport near by. A nice beach in close proximity.
A beautiful serene house, spotlessly clean with stylish terrace areas, great views and a private parking space. The decor was really well thought out and the host was really welcoming. The house is a short walk to the station for day trips to Barcelona, and there are lots of local bars and restaurants to explore. A real gem.
The hosts were there to meet us and show us around the property on arrival, they went above and beyond to be really helpful- taking us to the super market, connecting us with a local taxi, giving advice on the area and even helping reunite us with some jewellery that some one in the group left behind after we flew home! The place was very clean and spacious and the views are lovely too, highly recommend

Very nice quiet location but Barcelona is also acessible easily. Well maintained aparment equipped with everything. Very good, effective communication from the owner.

The location of the house was strategically advantageous, being in proximity to both the beach and Barcelona. I'd also like to acknowledge Carlos' prompt responsiveness to our inquiries and needs. The airport transfer service provided was efficient and well-organized.
The apartment was in an ideal location to combine a city & beach trip. 10 minutes walk to the train station with fast, regular service into Barcelona. Beach was the same distance and well worth a visit. Their were several bars/restaurants within the square at the entrance to the apartment along with a well stocked supermarket and bakery.
