Incredible sea views with balcony; modern, spacious apartment; friendly staff who efficiently dealt with any requests. At the top of a pleasant town - highly recommend Casa Viveca restaurant down on the waterfront. Town beach was surprisingly clean and nice. Easy access to Barcelona for day trip (though train was standing room only in August). Great to have the use of a private washing machine. Go now while the apartment is still new and lovely.

Great location and the right size for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids - 4 & 2 yo).
The location was fantastic because we were 2 mins from the beach, Condis, plaça, and the train station. This was helpful because we did not have access to a car and we traveled by foot most of the time! The host was very kind and always helpful! The neighbors nextdoor and above are wonderful!

Caldes d'estrac is a delight. it is very old, very small and one of the most exclusive towns in Maresme to the north of Barcelona. Very few hotels and most very expensive. Kalima is one of the few, if not the only one with sea views and is affordable. All newly decorated and restored from 1920's elegance but with modern conveniences - particularly excellent shower and delightful staff
the hotel match with our expectations. The hotel is in the city center, close to the beach and restaurants in the area. Nice breakfast. The staff really kind.
