It's clear to see the property has had so much thought and care put into it, every detail has been carefully considered. It was such a pleasure to stay in the cave. The views were amazing, the facilities exceeded my expectations, everything you could want and more was there.
Very easy to get to as well, clear directions from the staff. Thank you!
I would come back here again and again

In summary, I loved staying at the Cave of Dreams. The property is beautiful, the room is private and very comfortable, with its own balcony for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I am a solo traveler on a motorcycle and it was the perfect place to stay for a few nights, with safe parking for the bike. Also Allen and Clive are wonderful hosts.

Clean, basic, large rooms, friendly personnel but too far from town. No coffee machines in the room, and no minibar.
The restaurant had a large menu to choose from and the portions were enormous! I believe the menu is intended for truck drivers that stop over ( big portions, comforting food )

I was visiting Guadix and Bazaar, so this was perfect for both. Accommodation fine, bar and restaurant fine. Enjoyed the terrace in the evening, the only thing was the pool was to cold to swim. They use spring water, if they used tap water it would have been perfect. Otherwise I would go there again.

We went sight seeing around Lake Negrita , Jabalcon looks so different from the lake side, wonderful restaurant by the Baños Thermales . In fact we like Baza and the surrounding countryside so much we are buying a home here 😊
The accommodation was great however for people traveling without a car it is far to walk to town. The taxi fare was 8 to 10 euros. The walking distance was 4 1/2 Km. Recommended only for young fit couples. I was disturbed by a beautiful German Sheppard dog tied up day and night in an orchard behind the hotel, I could see it from my window ( not noisy but alone, nobody attended to it for the whole week that I was there.
We had a great stay. staff was really friendly and helpful. Never stayed in a cave before. Pool was closed due to end of season. Restaurant was open on our arrival. We had a meal there and it was amazing and large portions. Unfortunately it was then closed so didn't had a chance to try breakfast. Baza was a great little town with lots to see and do. Great atmosphere and very friendly locals.
Wow ! Absolutely fabulous ! Very quirky, homely and spotlessly clean. Great location for relaxation and to get away from it all , although there is a lovely cave hotel with restaurant and bar 2 minutes walk away.
Nice welcome on reception - something of a rarity Spain I have found! good sizes with small fridge, tv and nice bathroom with shampoo/gel. Popular local bar and cafe is part of the hotel.
