The beach area of the hotel blasts extremely LOUD MUSIC all day long. This is VERY disturbing to many hotel beach goers. We mentioned this issue every day to the main attendant at the beach but NOTHING was done so as to stop this blaring music.
Management was also informed of the LOUD MUSIC at the hotel beach area and NOTHING was done.

The room was well equipped with a kettle,a microwave and cutlery.
The ACs were well functioning.
The furniture was nicely designed and the beds were comfy.
The private beach was free and not crowded.
What I didn't is that the private beach is about 5 minutes by car and is not walkable
Magnificent, sunny cool breathe summers , warm mild rainy winters , white sandy beaches year round , all you could think of facilities , superb diverse cuisine, carnivals , water parks , board walks , all you can think of water sports , horse back riding , concerts , excellent roads , history , a dream coming true

We had several issues with the hotel.
We had several issues with the hotel. Firstly, Faramawy promised us a ground floor room for our baby but were given a room on the last floor. Secondly, our friends were charged a high fee to join us at the beach and then were told that outsiders were not allowed. Thirdly, when we raised these issues with the manager, they apologized to us but no action was taken. Lastly, we were accused of stealing a towel on our last day, despite there being only one towel provided in the room.

Amazing place with a full service.
Amazing place with a full service. The housekeeping team is very clean and available all the time. The animation team is very friendly which makes my kids happy all the time, especially Captain Islam.
We payed up front of booking and immediately didn’t like the hotel but nothing we could do about leaving. There was a mixup w rooms and took us over three hours to check in. No one seemed to be able to help us. Our room smelled very very bad , it wasn’t very clean for being a new hotel . We spent a very big amount of money and we’re completely unhappy w our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My family and i went to the le royal hotel for a week and it was amazing the breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly the la fomme was exceptional and the pool was amazing and the lake view was spectacular and the garden beside it was relaxing and the location of the hotel was very nice because it was close to every service
I like everything about it the beach the hotel the staff especially manager mr.hassan he was very attentive and helpful as my friend got sick and he go extra mile to help and make our stay comfortable and also i need to mention the yasser the resort nurse he took really good care for my friend while he was sick
This was the second time to book this hotel. I extremely enjoyed the time with my family. The room was wide and clean, staff were very helpful and showed great assistance all over my stay, and the restaurant food was very good. The swimming pools were clean and the beach side view was very beautiful.
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Warm welcome by receptionist, and she even spoke english. Good location in Marina 5, on lagoon, and walking distance to beach. Breakfast reasonable. We had a nice big room with separate bedroom, view on the lagoon and a little terrace. Good value for the price.
The hotel is gorgeous and the view phenomimal I stayed on my balcony just to watch the atmosphere. The main staff were courteous and helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was good as well. The grounds are huge and the amusement area was very nice. The place is very kid friendly.
The Booking helps the unknown property owners to mislead the customers by hiding their contact information and allowing them to get the money in advance without cancellation. At the end, Booking customers found something totally different from what shown on your website.
All is more than perfecf. Shaleh is very clean like room in a hotel. Location is perfecf. You have all facilities near by. Ground floor so it is easy to go everywhere. I recommend this shaleh for anyone who used to book in hotels. Good price and value for money.
