Staff was super friendly, the cleanliness of the place isn't super clean but still acceptable, but don't expect class-A cleaning, the view is amazing if you book a lake- iew room vs garden view room, we were also offered a free upgrade to a suite while we booked a normal room, which was a nice complement. The overall experience is amazing for the price but don't expect luxury experience

The hospitality we received were extremely over expectations, this was my first time visiting Address beach resort in marassi and definitely not the last. I would like to thank the amazing team working in this resort headed by general manager Ms. Carmen and the rest of the team (Islam, Ayman, Mohammed, Abdulrahman, Ishan, Nagham,Peter, etc..) and honestly all of the rest were very amazing and supportive if we had any inquiries or requests they go beyond to fulfill them. I highly recommend visiting address beach and looking forward to my second visit in 2024.

The beach area of the hotel blasts extremely LOUD MUSIC all day long. This is VERY disturbing to many hotel beach goers. We mentioned this issue every day to the main attendant at the beach but NOTHING was done so as to stop this blaring music.
Management was also informed of the LOUD MUSIC at the hotel beach area and NOTHING was done.
Please look into the matter. Thank you.

The room was well equipped with a kettle,a microwave and cutlery.
The ACs were well functioning.
The furniture was nicely designed and the beds were comfy.
The private beach was free and not crowded.
What I didn't is that the private beach is about 5 minutes by car and is not walkable
Magnificent, sunny cool breathe summers , warm mild rainy winters , white sandy beaches year round , all you could think of facilities , superb diverse cuisine, carnivals , water parks , board walks , all you can think of water sports , horse back riding , concerts , excellent roads , history , a dream coming true

We had several issues with the hotel.
We had several issues with the hotel. Firstly, Faramawy promised us a ground floor room for our baby but were given a room on the last floor. Secondly, our friends were charged a high fee to join us at the beach and then were told that outsiders were not allowed. Thirdly, when we raised these issues with the manager, they apologized to us but no action was taken. Lastly, we were accused of stealing a towel on our last day, despite there being only one towel provided in the room.

Amazing place with a full service. The housekeeping team is very clean and available all the time. The animation team is very friendly which makes my kids happy all the time, especially Captain Islam.
I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday so we decided to book at Crystal Inn، when we arrived at the hotel, Abdullah and Rana at the reception assisted us with the check-in, they were super friendly and helpful. Abdullah upgraded our room to a pool view and Rana sent us a birthday cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Couldn’t thank them enough for how joyful they were and they kept checking on us everyday to make sure if anything is needed. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable
We had a phenomenal experience staying at the hotel. The beach is one of the best I have seen in Sahel. The Staff is amazing especially Mr.Hamada from the cleaning crew and the supervisor Mr.Hossam,they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Amira & Menna from the reception were amazing with their customer service. We extended our stay an extra day because we were having such a great time. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Sahel.

My family and i went to the le royal hotel for a week and it was amazing the breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly the la fomme was exceptional and the pool was amazing and the lake view was spectacular and the garden beside it was relaxing and the location of the hotel was very nice because it was close to every service
The property is new and modern with lots of Egyptian art displayed all over the hotel. The beach is one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The security is utmost in the property.
Restaurants and cafes within the hotel have reasonable price.

The food is so delicious & has lots of varieties (BBQ, seafood, sushi bar, egyptian food & much more). Hotel rooms & facilities are very clean & the beach bar has nice vibes.
