We liked the cleanliness of the room, it was big enough for us three. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety and everything delicious. The staff at the breakfast service was pleasant. Parking was free + Tesla charging station in front of the hotel was great. The hotel surrounding was also nice, very quiet and maintained, we especially liked the childrens playground, great!

It was in the perfect location as we were driving from Amsterdam to Vienna and it is just a few minutes from the motorway. We were made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. The decoration, character and interior design of the hotel was wonderful.

I booked here for a 2nd time and had asked for a room at the backside, because of the churchbells in front of the hotel. This was rewarded and my room (nr. 6) was quiet, cosy and spacious.
The breakfast was good too.
A special remark about the beds: great matrasses!
Ideal stopover on a long journey. Very near the mororway in a quiet village. The hotel was built in the 1700s, so it is an old building with small windows and lots of corridors. Staff contacted us before we arrived and let us know about options for dinner.
Clean room and good food in the restaurant. The most amazing garden we have seen @ a hotel and receptionists and staff that speak English, a rarity in Germany! The breakfast was great and there are plenty of parking spots in front and behind the hotel.
Staff were excellent - must single out Jutta Mende, who was not only friendly and efficient, but so helpful in printing out essential travel papers for us (Covid-related).
