We liked the cleanliness of the room, it was big enough for us three. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety and everything delicious. The staff at the breakfast service was pleasant. Parking was free + Tesla charging station in front of the hotel was great. The hotel surrounding was also nice, very quiet and maintained, we especially liked the childrens playground, great!

Me and my wife stayed at the hotel for one night. Hotel is not far from the highway. There are also tesla chargers 200m from the hotel. We had dinner there when we arrived.

Hotel is clean but going downhill, you can see the black mould around showers in most of your hotels, Spessart Sud, Feucht East, Waisskirchen and it is impossible to connect to the internet and yes, the carpets are showing signs of ageing.
Nice spacious room, comfortable beds. Rooms well sound proofed. Staff very polite and helpful, even the dog was welcome with a small goody bag and cold water for us, which was very thoughtful.
Location is perfect for an overnight stay during a journey, and you can check in and out whenever suits you so no time restriction which is a major plus. There’s a giftshop, food and drinks available 24/7. Really good value for money. There’s also. 25% discount off food, drinks for hotel guests.
The room was nice and the beds were really comfy. Although the hotel is located near the highway, with the windows closed you don't hear a thing. There was a airconditioning in the room but I didn't used it much. I asked for a cot and there indeed was a cot in the room. The bathroom was big enough and clean. Outside of the hotel there was a playground for children which they really enjoyed.
So handy for an overnight stop on the motorway A3, great facilities. Well looked after, clean and tidy. It's a motorway services but perfectly adequate for a stopover. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Hotel gives a discount voucher that can be used in services, ie McDonald's, coffee shop etc
Although being next to the highway the rooms are very quiet. Very easy and fast checking, with parking very close to the entrance of the hotel. Rooms are simple and effective, clean and modern. Recommended for a value-for-money hotel during a long trip.
On my 3 visits I had TWICE not cleaned room. It was changed but it is very common here obviously.
I also don´t support Serways scheme for 1€/toilet use on your service stations, it´s a day light rip off.
