Very nice hotel, our suit was spacious. Food and drinks at restaurant and breakfast - amazing. Very pleasant bar with good cocktails. Pillows very comfortable, for us mattresses were a little bit too soft.

We really enjoyed the location and view from our room. Being there in the slow season was amazing because there weren’t a lot of people around and I enjoyed that. We hadn’t been there before so we didn’t have to wait in line for photos at any of the popular places tourists travel to. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with us because we didn’t speak German. We would love to come back in the summer to see how it looks like with more people, and shops being open longer

I liked the traditional German atmosphere whilst also having lovely well sized modern rooms (they must have been refurbished recently, the rooms & bathroom were ‘brand new’)

Room was top of flight of stairs so bear this in mind if this could be a problem.
Breakfast was great.
- The family room was very spacious and had an extra room for the children.
- The hotel guests are mostly couples and pensioners and not so much families, but my children were made to feel welcome. There was also a good selection of children’s meals.
- Delicious meals - the breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve ever had!
- Very friendly and helpful staff.
- Trassem is a very small village, but the hotel is well located to visit Orscholz, Saarburg and Trier.
We really enjoyed our stay in the spacious apartment with private terrace. Everything you need is there, even a lot of information about Things-to-do and the many walking trails . We loved the beautiful garden and wandered through it regularly or sat at the little pond. Trassem is a lovely quiet little village situated near buzzing Saarburg. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our many thanks to them!
Perfectly clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen, easy 24 hrs access with a door code, spacious bedroom with a large bed, good shower, 25-30 sq.m sitting room. Free parking. Strong and stable WiFi. Everything is new. Very good value for money.

A lovely small hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, with beautiful nature around. We came by car to hike nearby trails in Saarland and Luxembourg and enjoyed our stay there a lot. Ideal for a quiet countryside vacation.
