Very friendly and kind family/staff! Beautiful hotel, very calm breakfast and dinner room. Lovely terras at the restaurant with tasteful drinks. Food in the restaurant was very good! We stayed for two nights during a European road trip visiting Phantasialand Theme Park. It was perfect for our family needs. Plenty space, beautifully clean and comfortable. Everything there you could possibly need. Just like home from home. Hosts lovely and very accommodating. We could all have happily stayed longer and without a doubt would book again.
Lovely welcome snacks, water, juice and milk which was amazing as we arrived late in the evening after the shops closed.

We went to a birthday party in Bornheim Sechtem and having a location where we could walk to the party was fantastic. Family Knopp is a super host, super nice, and very pleasant to stay with. We were only there for a single night but hadn't had such a quiet sleep in a long time. The biggest surprise was the coffee and coffee maker in the room to get us off to a grand start. Actually, a full kitchen is there in the room.
