We stayed for two nights during a European road trip visiting Phantasialand Theme Park. It was perfect for our family needs. Plenty space, beautifully clean and comfortable. Everything there you could possibly need. Just like home from home. Hosts lovely and very accommodating. We could all have happily stayed longer and without a doubt would book again.
Lovely welcome snacks, water, juice and milk which was amazing as we arrived late in the evening after the shops closed.
I had an old fashion or classic luxury room of some 25sqm with adjacent spaceous bathroom, which was clean and well maintained. The hotel sits in the forest area in quiet surroundings which invites you to go for a walk. The place is what you expect in Germany, spaceous, large rooms, high ceilings and this old fashion appearance which makes you feel good about yourself for chosing this hotel.
excellent location near woods for dog walks and 2 restaurants to suit tastes biergarden for casual and al a carte. i had the surprise menu with wines which was superb and good value for money. comfortable beds and personal service. By far the best hotel this summer road trip through Germany, Austria and Italy.

Lovely staff and location, quiet room with balcony. There is a restaurant and biergarten opens all day, so all is quite convenient if you dont want to leave the hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying longer than 1 night. The breakfast staff were so rude. They counted and surveyed everything you ate.
