Room was super clean and situated in an amazing location! (Had unhindered view of the beautiful Skybridge). Most importantly the personnel was super friendly and helped me with booking my dinner reservations - making things super easy since unfortunately I don't yet speak good enough German.

The room , was good size, comfortable bed, disappointed with the fact there was no kettle or pots to cook water, the hob was part of the room.
The worst thing about this property is the SMELL , our bedroom stank of old socks unsure wagt 🤢🤢🤢 the smell carried through the entires hotel. But i kept me awake at nights it was very strong. I have never experienced anything like this before… such a shame as other facilities were fairly decent, this includes pool and restaurant breakfast.
We are well travelled family and this second hotel from The bottom I have ever visited due to its nasty old sock / animals smell.

had an amazing experience at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable with top-notch mattress that guaranteed a great night's sleep. Despite being located near the road, the excellent insulation meant it was peacefully quiet inside—perfect for relaxation.
