It’s a beautiful building with lake view. The sound of birds will wake you up in the morning. The sauna house offers a steam bath and a sauna. We never had such a good breakfast before - truly high quality products,all organic and sustainable. Even after one night we felt the most relaxed. Thanks to this magical place.

Seeshaupt is a beautiful area, very close to the lake whereever you go. The folks in the city is very friendly, they have some very good restaurants in the area with fair prices. Around the lake you find many places to have a drink or some food and go for a swim. We were driving around the whole Starnberger See I would say Seeshaupt was one of the nicest areas.

A great stop off place when cycling and walking. Easy access to the lake and a variety of restaurants (not fine dining but good food). The private garden was worth a visit even if only to put a name to a plant. Would have been even better if the tea room had been open.
We were staying in this hotel as it’s the only one in the vicinity, and we needed to be exactly in Magnetsried. To get there we had a hike from Bernried - and it was awesome. The hotel was almost empty, but the owner gave us a warm welcome and a couple of local beers - even despite he was ill and the restaurant was closed at the time. Breakfast was good enough (and actually very good for the money). Despite situation on the road, sounds from passing cars were not too loud.
The room was quite spacious and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Not far from the hotel there is a grocery store and 2 restaurants, so dinner was taken care of. Parking is readily available behind the building. And the breakfast, although the choice is not big, was really good, especially the warm buns. Also, I highly recommend the sauna at the hotel :)
The breakfast is really great with thoughtful touches like little macarons. We also enjoyed the tasteful wall designs in the dining room and the bedrooms. And, of course, the private lake access is great. Especially on the morning for the morning tea. The hotel was quiet, so it was great to relax.

A very nice hotel in a total quiet rural land. The breakfast was perfect, with everything you expect in Bayern. I missed the Grill but the restaurant was very good.
