Nice large space, comfortable. I found the 'main' double bed very low... but I'm an old man! Good kitchen which is well equipped. Easy key access. Quiet with nice big windows on the living room, but no window coverings, but you're too high up to be overlooked. It was warm enough and easy to control the heating. Host left me alone for the stay which is how I like it. Plenty of towels and the place had been cleaned well and beds all prepared before my arrival. I generally used 4G/5G over VPN rather than the rather slow internet provided. I was in the area for work, and the place was great to come back to, except for the notes below. I received a message after booking asking for a deposit to be paid, which I queried, and was told it didn't apply to my stay (why send it then??). I would come back to stay here for a longer period in future, and I'll take some pictures of the place. By the way, the coffee machine is Senseo, so bring some pads, as I don't think there were any provided, there's tea bags though.

Schwabach is a very historic small town with lot of charm and many interesting places to discover. They have several charming cities gardens to take a stroll and relax during the day. And, of course, be sure to buy the famous Schwaback Golden Water and its eatable sheets of gold! This city is known as the Golden City, hence its golden souvenirs.
This is the third time we sleep in this hotel and every time we feel great.
Everything is clean, new, free parking, free Wi-Fi. Communication is very fast through whatsapp. We had a small incident with the room heat-furnace and we communicated them and offered to change our room and assured us we would not have extra costs for the incident.

Excellent location for anyone traveling along the European highways. Staff highly professional and proficient in various languages. Decent breakfast buffet with a possibility of really early breakfast (from 6:30). Room clean and well equipped for the hotel of this category.
