The hotel is in the forest park of the suburb of Berlin. The walk from the station is app. 20 mins. Not far from the airport, but you should count on some time to go there. By taxi it was 20 mins and costs 30 euros. The building is renovated dormitory. The entrance is nice, a little bit timetravelling to 20th years of 20. Century. The next-door door restaurant has the same style. It's a nice view from it. The room was simple but comfortable. No bar with a fridge. The breakfast for an additional 16 euros was fine, but nothing exceptional. My opinion is that it's too expensive for a choice.

Check-in after hours was hassle-free. The team sent me instructions on how to get into the hotel and how to collect my key because I checked in late. The room was beautiful, with a really comfortable bed and an excellent shower. You are not allowed to eat in the rooms, but there is a nice sitting area on the ground floor and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to buy food for your stay and cook in the hotel. The hotel has a really comfortable feel.
