It is a strikingly handsome building right next to a Bavarian castle. It feels glamorous just pulling up in the car. Inside it has a grand yet cosy ambience, the restaurant area is all heavy oak woodwork and hand painted panels with local scenes. The staff were very cheerful and helpful, we felt comfortable right away after our long drive. It's a great stop off on a drive from the UK ferries to Italy or vise-versa. the location is excellent, right in front of train station. the breakfast is generous and tasty. they also allowed late check out for a fee of 20EU which was very helpful considering we had a late evening flight from Munich.
