We had a booking through Booking.com and after a long day travelling we arrived at the hotel to be told it was full and they didn’t have a room for us.

Then we enter the room I booked a double bed room for 2 only one bed was made
I called the reception number many times, someone was answering buy cutting me off.
Then I wrote an email . The bedsheets and cover and pillow was organise.
It was hot but thank to the lady who left us a fan in front of the door
