📍locatio: pretty much far from everything to reach the tram 3 which’s running over night in the weekend you need to walk 20 mins and the bus is not running often, for customer with cars i will say acceptable
🚽 toilet: I would have preferred that there was a stronger or better vent
🚿shower: it was ok and as always I do love a lot their soap for hair and body.
🛏️bed: it was ok i found it just a little bit harder maybe a softer topper would have resales an amazing experience
🚪room: spatious bought to do whatever is needed!
➕private storage if you ask for something specific in my case to store the bike they set it in a space where only staff have access, instead of letting it in the street is a good plus!

The hotel had a convenient underground connection to the public Thermal baths and offered check out by 12pm (except for Sunday) so one could visit the baths in the morning before checking out (morning is a quieter time at the baths).

Staff was very friendly. We liked the breakfast very much. The rooms were clean and big. Also, they left a bag on our bedroom as a gift which is very nice. The town is also very cute. Must come again!
We stayed in one of the excellent corner rooms with the hexagonal lounge area which caught a huge amount of light on the rainy days we were there. Well decorated/maintained, comfy and welcoming, the room, entire hotel and staff create a relaxing feel. The restaurant is high quality with an excellent menu. The outside bar area is a really pleasant space to chill on an evening. Good proximity to thermal spas, Freiburg and the SW corner of the Black Forest.
The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable and clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast was delicious. We had the most relaxing stay.
