Apartment is very fresh, clean and functional. The bed is very comfortable, also we liked the temperature inside - really warm like in summer. If you travel by car it's ideal, because it has lots of parking places.

The hotel had an underground car parking facility so we felt our motorbike was safe and not left in front of the hotel.
We had to have an evening meal from the supermarket Norma which was below the hotel. Which was very annoying as the pub we thought we were staying at turned out to be a Chinese restaurant that closes on Monday when we were there. We did not want Chinese food or take away piazza. We had travelled too far to get back on the bike to find another place to eat. We travelled down the A8 onto the A7, turned right onto the 10 then right again on the 2023 to get to this hotel or we would have had to pay 2 ULEZ fees to get there as both ULM and New Ulm have fees.

very close to Ulm which we wanted to see the Munster -...
very close to Ulm which we wanted to see the Munster - tallest church in the world and the Christmas market. GREAT :) Breakfast was at the hotel and we ate later at the Christmas markets. They also had a teapot I was able to have in the room.

Great place to stay when you visit Legoland - it's just 30 minutes away by train and/or bus. Wonderful starting point to explore the beautiful city of Ulm with its pretty canals and old-fashioned houses. The beer gardens are excellent and the people are very friendly. We wish we could've stayed for longer.

I do like Ulm, though this was my first stay in neighbouring...
I do like Ulm, though this was my first stay in neighbouring Neu Ulm, which despite my very brief stopover seemed nice.
Plenty of shopping opportunities on offer, and perhaps a slightly cheaper option for accommodation than in Ulm itself, which for me was no problem as I was passing through by car.
Brand new, modern hotel with an excellent vibe. Everything is themed around Brazil, which is a little confusing at first, but it's actually quite nice. Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are comfy and well-equipped with a little kitchenette and eating/working nook and lots of storage space. There's also a nice lounge area, small terrasse and rooftop patio for working, having a drink or meeting with friends. Good breakfast, and free coffee, water and fresh fruit during the day! There's even a free laundry on site!
Great staff, very friendly and extremely helpful. Amazing room with so many amenities. So chic, minimal, modern and fun furnishing. Its like a small home away from home not a hotel. I fell in love with all the technological details (coffee table that charges your phone and acts like a sound system at the same time, charging station/bed side table, etc.)
Also there are always refreshments available from mango juice to lattes to coctails :)
it’s a really cool concept. Nobody on site helps keep costs low. Sending a key via an app after verifying payment and registration was secure and convenient. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had a really cool shower and was modern and nice. I didn’t use the kitchen but it also was clean. I loved the sign that it’s free to be honest. I feel like this hotel expects that and people give it.
Our stay at Rioca for one night was quite good. The room was clean and spacious and felt like a small home with a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a TV, a coffee machine and many other necessary things. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the lobby had a great vibe and a nice bar. We look forward to visiting this hotel again when we return to Ulm.
The hotel has a public parking place for cars in the neighbourhood, where the car can be freely parked through a entrance key provided by the hotel. The hotel service was professional and friendly and kindly ask for all obligatory documents for COVID 19 (negative test result).
Perfect stop over hotel for us. Friendly people, tidy rooms, a wedding that was in no way disturbing, good atmosphere in the restaurant and great breakfast with lots of choice. And many charging spots (also being available).
Excellent location close to the old town, close to a shopping center and supermarkets and to the Neu-Ulm train station.
The place was spacious. Our room had a large bedroom and a kitchen/dining room with one more bed.
