I was here for just one day. The landlady is very sweet and caring! She cordially agreed to an early check-in (2h before the usual time). The room is clean, comfortable, has a TV, balcony, fan, water heater to make tea/coffee. I needed an ironing machine which she provided :) There was some construction going on but it wasn't noisy. Check-out is easy - you just put the keys in the box on the ground floor.

the property had been beautifully refurbished, everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Ulla and the team were amazing and really made you feel like you were staying with family, the breakfast was excellent. should I ever be passing through Gorßkarlbach again I will be staying at the Sternenhof.
