Friendly staff. Huge, clean room with balcony. We arrived quite late but restaurant was able to accommodate. Food was good.

📍locatio: pretty much far from everything to reach the tram 3 which’s running over night in the weekend you need to walk 20 mins and the bus is not running often, for customer with cars i will say acceptable 🚽 toilet: I would have preferred that there was a stronger or better vent 🚿shower: it was ok and as always I do love a lot their soap for hair and body. 🛏️bed: it was ok i found it just a little bit harder maybe a softer topper would have resales an amazing experience 🚪room: spatious bought to do whatever is needed! ➕private storage if you ask for something specific in my case to store the bike they set it in a space where only staff have access, instead of letting it in the street is a good plus!

The hotel had a convenient underground connection to the public Thermal baths and offered check out by 12pm (except for Sunday) so one could visit the baths in the morning before checking out (morning is a quieter time at the baths).

breakfast was good but not more than that compared to 4 star hotels. the room was clean and nice. the reception employee was very nice and very helpful.
