When we arrived at reception the lady spoke good english and offered us a room upgrade for 10 Euro which we accepted.
She then assisted with parking our van. This hotel would not have been out of place in a city center at 3 times the price. It was all new and ultra modern, every thing about the room was fantastic.
Evening meal was at there restaurant next door, very busy, very noisy and very good. Brealfast was in our hotel and superb, best breakfast of our trip, look forward to staying again.
The location is quiet. There is an outside sitting area where guests can sit and relax. The neigborhood were the hotel is located feels very safe. There is free parking provided. There was complimentary free tea provided of various flavors with sugar. There was a small refrigerator provided for keeping food & drink. There is a smoking area with a bench to sit on with proper areas to get rid of cigarette butts. There was complimentary free Wi-Fi provided.
Don’t expect anything super special, but it is a good place to stay. Friendly, helpful people. Rooms are big enough, clean. Nice beds. Good matrasses. Shower, everything there what you need for a nice stay and night. It is not new, but it works, and it is clean and quiet in the hotel!👍 Our kids felt relaxed!

This is the nicest modern hotel that we have experienced in Germany. The facilities are pristinely clean, and very well appointed with a bottle of water, coffee machine with pods, and everything one would need for the bathroom. The staff is extremely accommodating, the breakfast was generous, and the attached restaurant delicious for a late supper.
Staff were fantastic. Our flight got delayed by 3.5 hrs, which meant we didn't arrive at the hotel until 3am. We phoned ahead to let the hotel know and they made sure someone was there to greet us.
Likewise, our outward flight was very early in the morning and again, the staff were there to assist us.

Kerpen is close to the main motorway. Kaufland supermarket with a petrol station 2 minutes drive from hotel. Hotel was very quiet, friendly manager, excellent coffee in the morning located in a, quiet but nice residential area. Good satellite tv with mostly german channels, also news channels in english.
The hotel is perfect for a overnight stay when you're in transit, very close to the highway in a calm, quiet neighbourhood. They were friendly, helpful, the bed was comfy and the breakfast not too elaborate, but very good. I will definitely stay there again if it is on the way.
It was a very good stay. I booked last minute the room and they quickly found me a room. The room is well equipped and comfortable. the hotel location is in a quite zone and not on the main street. The breakfast was good and the personal was friendly. I recommend this hotel.
I thought it was a good value for the money, breakfast was good, ease of access to local transport was great! Much more reasonable to stay in Kerpen for our visit to the Cologne Christmas markets!
