It is only 15min from S19 to the center, the station is 1 minute from the hotel, and there was a 24H train. I found it perfect and it met my expectations. Check in and check out was very flexible. It has a bar/restaurant with terrace for those who want to enjoy it and everyone was friendly
The staff is incredible and at the service of customers. They helped us as some were struggling to find their way to hotel. They listened to us when we had extra requests. Several goods are put for customers, free of charge. The rooms are very clean, respectful of environment (energy saving) and with nice wooden furnitures.
You have to love these rural convenience hotels in Germany: everything is simple but solid and performing well. The room is spacious enough with a very big window. The bathroom is also generous as well as the shower hot water flow. All in all, very honest places. Good price-value balance.
The hotel states free parking but that was 1/2 a mile away, which was inconvenient with all the luggage 🧳 to be carried. No public room to relax in in the evening, no bar or coffee, tea making facilities. On the plus side rooms were comfortable and clean
we were there for one night only. It is very good for its price. The beds were clean, and everything was available for us. It’s a motel in the end, not a 5 stars hotel. It does the job right! the receptionist was very helpful and nice!
Very clean. Nice, spacious rooms. Good underground parking for a small extra fee. Quiet location but only three minutes walk to the town centre and the tram line into Köln. Recommend the Stadt-Café Kremer on the way to the tram.
