The room was good enough, quiet, good temperature. The room was clear and room service kept it tidy and well stocked with towels. A bit weird that the wash basin was outside the bathroom, next to the bed.

Very comfortable room, well appointed, clean and modern bathroom - quiet (as requested) and excellent free covered parking. Excellent breakfast buffet, esp the abundant and varied cold selection, from fruit, juices, yoghurts and cereals plus seeds, etc, through cold meats, smoked salmon, cheeses and jams and breads, as well as hot options and generous times with no pressure.
Dinner in the neighbouring restaurant (semi-separate) absolutely delicious and very generous portions.
Staff in all areas friendly and helpful and extremely good value for money. Highly recommended!
Common areas quite nice. Not possible to have a dinner as we were told to visit pizzeria accross the street because the hotel has plenty off guests to eat, not possible to order any food and bring into the room , no reception in the evening by 8 pm, when we arrived we could not reach anyone over the phone for about 20 minutes. The restaurant staff told me to be in the wrong hotel but later they realised it is a correct hotel :D But i must say the breakfast was the staff in the morning was fantastic! Thank you.
The room was very comfortable in a quiet and safe area. Within short walking distance to public transportation. I was there at Christmas time and the cute Gersthofen Christmas Market was just a short walk away. The staff was super helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.
We stayed in a family room which was nice. The hotel has a restaurant at the same place so it was convenient to have a dinner there after the long drive we had. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Parking option is also convenient, there are also Tesla chargers for those who have one.
Great hotel. Booked the wrong room but it was no problem, arranged immediately the right ones. Very friendly staff and garage under the hotel (€7), very nice breakfast. Nearby the highway, great for on the road travelling
Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was no breakfast at the hotel itself. The woman at the reception sent to another address 25 meters away, but no breakfast there either. So I didn't have breakfast at all.
I liked that the breakfast was very complete and the personnel was friendly. Also the hotel is conveniently located closed to bus stops. The room provided was also very comfortable and better than expected.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was, by far, one of the best we've ever experienced.
