Well maintained rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant was able to customize food based on request for dinner. The hotel is right in front of the lake with good view. In the evening you can walk near the lake and there are some food trucks and events happening most of the time
This family-run hotel offers free WiFi and a spa area with an indoor and outdoor pool. Hotel Knoblauch is a 5-minute drive from Lake Constance and the centre of Friedrichshafen.
The owners/staff of the hotel are super nice and friendly. They are always happy to help with a smile and they even gave our little son a small children's book at checkout, farm themed (very nice touch).
There is a small very well kept playing ground.
The breakfast buffet has plenty to choose from and is very tasty.
You're not right at Bodensee but it's a short drive to Friedrichshafen and Lindau and Meersburg are also very close.
So you have a nice quiet area very close to the busier parts of the lake.
