Very well equipped and comfortable studio. Perfect for short stay if visiting Bietigheim or Ludwigsburg. Close to shops, free public parking and bus transport to Bietigheim.
We didn't meet the hosts in person but they communicated quickly and clearly - and even left us a bottle of local wine as a welcome gift.

I didn't like the approach of the employees, they asked me to pay for an "update" for another room, not the one I paid for through booking, they took €104 extra because the room I bought through booking was bad, they said that booking was bad and to call the hotel directly the second time. there was nothing in the room except hand soap, a little toilet paper, a room with a view of the wall of another building .. poor breakfast, impossibility to drink coffee outside of breakfast time, bad parking, too short for a normal car .. employees sleep on the sofa in the corridor next to lift... I'm disappointed in general
