I really love visiting Buckeburg, summer or winter the Schloss always has something on. The old town is lovely to wander through with a good selection of small independent shops, cafes and ice cream parlours (which are great for people watching)
It has a relaxed old world charm not found in many other places.
Coffee and cake is obligatory whilst visiting. There is a cafe, Movano, at the top of the Hill near the church, it sells the best home made cake you will eat.
The studio has *almost*(a chopping board and more toilet paper would be nice) everything and more. Fire TV/Alexa and a nice collection of drinks were a real bonus making our stay even more pleasant. Was concerned about the street noise at first, but with the windows closed it really is not an issue. Really nice host, a lovely and practical decor. Can walk everywhere in Buckeburg, a perfect place to stay while visiting the family.
Perfect spot in the centre of beautiful Bückeburg. We had booked a room for three people even though only two of us were staying, we wanted the extra space. on check out the staff insisted on charging us only for the smaller room. We’ve stayed here a few times now and will always return.
What a lovely location, set just off the woods between the outskirts of Buckeburg and Minden.
The room was modern and spacious, Impeccably clean and the bed beautifully comfortable.

Centrally located and very close to all the architecture/art in Bückeburg. Very nice hotel. One day is enough to see it all in Bückeburg (church and castle), don't forget to check openingtimes, cuase church will not be open all day.
Very nice hotel staff and management, happy to please and to help. The hotel is well located and is well maintained. I will come back here next time in Buckeburg.
