the view was excellent, and a short little walk took us to an amazing view of the alps. The staff was very friendly and the small breakfast had lots of choices including serving us a fresh backed egg

Due to the detour, it was difficult to find the way to the hotel by car, although the instructions were clear, the hotel is in the center. The hotel restaurant is only open until 8 p.m. There are restaurants around, but unfortunately they only serve food until 8 p.m. We found a pizzeria where we could have dinner at 9 p.m.

The hotel is a bit old but charming and functional, what sets it apart from almost any other hotel is the owner a very friendly and helpful lovely lady that does everything to make your stay unforgettable and assist with travelling recommendations in the surroundings
Very beautiful location. Very clean and cozy hotel. Very helpful and welcoming host (We had to cancel our booking due to lack of tickets to the Neuschwanstein castle. But later we bought them and the host kindly agreed to reopen our booking. Thank you once again!). The dinner and the breakfast were very tasty. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The castles are 30-40 minutes away of driving.
We loved our stay here! A family run restaurant and hotel, the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, the beds suuper comfy and the rooms had everything you needed. The outdated looking hairdryer was pure magic. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful and we felt welcome at all times. We will come back for sure! Thank you!
The owner of the hotel is a very kind lady. An elderly lady with glasses in the hotel restaurant is very kind and helpful. The breakfast in the hotel is excellent and unforgettable! For self driving families, staying overnight in this hotel is a good choice.
The location of this property is absolutely stunning. The food is better than in some 5 stars hotels I've been to. The room was absolutely fantastic and my only regret is that I couldn't have stayed more.
