I am not joking: there is nothing to do here.. No art, architecture, museums, etc. Not even nice food...Only good thing is that the beer is quite good!
All the restaurants stop serving food at 20:00. In addition, the local police are corrupt and scamming non-Czech tourists with broken parking meters and incorrectly placed traffic signs.
The hotel is above an extemely cute looking cafe. Unfortunately I arrived around closing time and had to leave before breakfast service, because it absolutely looked like the kind of place where I wanted to stay for a couple of days. The room was spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. From what I could see there was a lovely little garden terrace at the back. Would come back just to spend a couple of days at the hotel.
Well furnished, spacious, super clean and well equipped apartment in beautiful setting a few kilometres outside Kaplice. A very quiet and relaxing place admidst fruit trees and nicely maintained big lawn and flower beds. Playing area and equipment for children. Freshly drafted beer on site!! Friendly and accommodating hosts/staff. Thanks again for everything!!
Visited during lockdown. Receptionist bent over backwards to accommodate us and check us in very late. Great breakfast. Good location in the center of the town. Parked my car right in front of the hotel on the street.
